Orders

  • Because each item is made just for you, all sales are final. That said — if your order arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on our end, we’ll make it right. Just reach out as soon as possible. Your satisfaction means everything to us!

  • We want you to love everything about your order! Please inspect your item within 72 hours of receiving it. If you notice any damage or defects, contact us right away so we can make it right. After that time frame, we’re unable to offer replacements, as the item may have been affected by factors beyond our control. Thanks so much for understanding — we’ve got your back!

  • We’ve got you! If you have any questions about your order, shipping, or just need a little help, send us an email. We’re happy to assist and will get back to you as soon as possible!

  • There are a few possible reasons your order may have been cancelled:

    • A chargeback was issued on the payment.

    • Our system flagged the order as high risk for potential fraud (this is an automated safety feature through Squarespace).

    If you believe this was a mistake or have questions, please reach out to us. We're happy to review your order and help sort things out!

Shipping and Fulfillment

  • Most items ship within 5–7 business days, though many head out sooner! Since many of our products are made-to-order, processing times may vary slightly depending on the item. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking info so you can follow your order right to your doorstep.

    Need something by a specific date? Reach out before ordering — we’ll do our best to make it happen!

  • At Zestful Productions, we like to keep it simple and affordable. Shipping starts at just $6.99, and each additional item ships for only $2.99. No confusing charts or surprise fees — just straight up, budget-friendly shipping.

  • Yes! We’re currently offering free shipping on orders over $100 — just use code ZECNG56 at checkout. It’s our little way of saying thanks for loading up on the good stuff!

  • At this time, we only ship within the U.S. for orders placed through our website. But good news — we do offer international shipping through our Etsy shop! Stay tuned as we expand our shipping options in the future.

  • Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way — from our shop to your doorstep.

  • If you think your order may be lost in transit, don’t worry — we’re here to help! Just email us with your order details, and we’ll check our shipping records right away.

    Please note: we’re not responsible for stolen packages or orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout, but we’ll always do our best to guide you through next steps.

  • If your tracking hasn’t updated after 7 business days (M–F), please contact us so we can look into it.

    If the tracking shows delivered but your package hasn’t arrived, check with your local post office — they might be holding it due to an address issue. If they don’t have it, reach out to us right away.

    To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you’ll need to contact us within 15 days of the listed delivery date.

  • If you have mail forwarding set up, your package may be returned or even discarded by USPS, as there often isn’t enough postage to cover the additional route. To avoid delivery issues, please enter your final destination address at checkout. We can’t be held responsible for lost or returned packages due to forwarding.

  • We’ll never contact you via text message for redelivery — if you received one, it’s likely a scam. Unfortunately, these fake texts are common and often try to trick you into clicking unsafe links. If you’re ever unsure about your order, skip the text and email us directly.

Apparel Questions

  • We use premium-quality tees that are comfy, durable, and made to be your new favorites.

    • Comfort Colors: 100% ring-spun U.S. cotton for that soft, vintage feel.

    • Bella+Canvas: A breathable blend of 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton with polyester.

    • Gildan: 100% cotton and perfect for everyday wear.

  • Our Comfort Colors and Gildan unisex shirts tend to run roomy for that relaxed, lived-in feel.

    Our Bella+Canvas 3001 style is a tailored cut for a more fitted look, so you may want to size up for a looser fit. Need more help? 👉 Check out our sizing charts!

  • That depends on how you care for them! Most of our shirts are made with 100% cotton, so if you machine wash and tumble dry on high heat, some shrinkage is likely. To keep the fit just right, we recommend washing in cold water and drying on low or air-dry when possible.

  • We use a mix of high-quality techniques to bring your designs to life:

    • DTG (Direct-to-Garment): Think of this like an inkjet printer for your shirt — it prints the design directly onto the fabric for a smooth, vibrant finish. Great for detailed artwork and soft, breathable prints.

    • Embroidery: Designs are stitched directly onto the garment using colorful threads, giving it a polished, textured, and long-lasting look.

    Both methods are chosen for style, comfort, and that "wear-it-again-and-again" durability.

Product Care

  • Our mugs and glasses are microwave and dishwasher safe — but for long-lasting vibrancy, we recommend hand washing whenever possible.

  • For best results, wash apparel inside out with cold water, mild detergent, and like colors. Line dry or tumble dry on low/no heat to preserve the print and fabric quality.

  • Spot clean only. Use warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft cloth or brush to clean any dirty spots. Do not machine wash, soak, or put in the dryer — this helps maintain the shape and structure.

  • Please don’t toss plushies in the washer or dryer. Spot clean gently using a soft cloth and mild detergent, then let air dry completely.

  • Avoid machine washing. Instead, spot clean with a cloth and mild detergent, and allow to air dry.

  • Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold or warm water and mild detergent. Tumble dry on the lowest heat setting for a cozy, clean finish.

  • Remove the pillow insert if possible and machine wash the cover on a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent. Tumble dry low or air dry. Spot clean inserts as needed.
